TechSource is pleased to announce that due to continued growth in its Engineering business, James Moule has joined our staff as a Senior Technical Recruiter. "Jim is well known in southeastern Pennsylvania. He was born and raised in the Northeast section of Philadelphia and graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School. Over the last fifteen years he has established himself as one of the area's top Engineering Recruitment professionals, and we are extremely excited to have him join our engineering team," said David Melick, TechSource, Inc. Specifically mentioned was TechSource's growing IT Staffing presence in the Washington, DC area utilizing TechSource strength in identifying Enterprise Architecture and high-end Web Applications Development professionals.

TechSource has become an Industry Member of the Eastern Technology Council (ETC). The Technology Council helps its member companies make contact with each other. Through participation in Council events, ETC members have the opportunity to develop solid, profitable relationships with each other and with area leaders.
The Technology Council serves leaders of technology-oriented companies by providing valuable contacts, capital, and information with a broad variety of events, publications, and innovative services.

TechSource is very pleased to announce the inception of our new 401(k) Plan with MassMutual Financial Group. Beginning May 1, 2006, all current TechSource, Inc. employees who meet the defined eligibility requirements will be able to participate in this new tax-deferred retirement savings plan.
As you may already know, a 401(k) savings plan is a very effective tool to utilize when planning for your future retirement. We are excited to announce that for the first time, TechSource will provide an Employer Match contribution of sixty percent (60%) of the Employee Deferral, up to the first five percent (5%) deferred from the Employee’s Compensation.
